I've found out that one of the things that worked best for me was watching movies and tv-series that i like.
Since most of the times, TV program is not great or my spare time doesn't match the good ones, these are the resources that did the trick: (whenever i find any other, paid or free i'll update the post)

In case you wonder, you'll not be able to watch anything on the German version of Amazon Instant Video unless you are in Germany but: there's one way how you could use this service from another country which is using a proxy. I'll be trying some proxy services and list here the best ones as we go. There is free proxy lists out there but for this purpose you need a reliable and constant connection and so you'll only get this with a paid proxy service believe me.
Most of them got free trials anyway so you're most likely to find one you like before you have to actually pay for anything.
